Services

Four areas, one point of contact. Take all of it or just the part you're missing.

Sourcing

You describe the product, we go to the factory. We approach several manufacturers in parallel so you don't end up with the first quote that lands.
  • Simultaneous enquiries to several vetted factories
  • Factory checks before the first order: certificates, references, available capacity
  • Price negotiation based on quantity, deadline and payment terms
  • Samples before every order. Nothing is bought blind

Product development

If the product doesn't exist yet, this is where it starts. From hand sketch to prototype to approved production run.
  • Technical drawing from your sketch or a reference product
  • Material, colour and hardness samples to choose from, physically in your hand
  • Tooling, moulds and prototypes
  • Locked specification, so a reorder in two years comes out identical

Branding

Branding built into the product, not stuck on top. The decoration method follows the material, not whatever the factory happens to offer.
  • Method matched to the material: sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, embossing, pad printing
  • Pantone colour matching, approved on a physical sample rather than a screen
  • Packaging as part of the product, not a brown box
  • Hangtags, labels, inserts and unboxing

Handling

Samples, production, quality control, customs, freight, delivery. You never have to ask where your goods are.
  • Status updates at every milestone, without being asked
  • Quality control at the factory before loading, with photo documentation
  • Customs, import VAT and paperwork handled by us
  • Delivered to your door or straight to the event site

Process

From your first message to delivery. The timings are what we actually see, not what we'd like to see.

  1. 01

    Brief

You describe the product, quantity and target date. Same day or next day, we tell you whether it works and whether your date is realistic.

    Average duration
    1 day
  2. 02

    Samples and quote

We select the right factories, get samples in and put a quote in front of you with a fixed unit price, delivered.

    Average duration
    1 to 3 weeks
  3. 03

    Production and delivery

Approval on the sample, then production, quality control at the factory, freight and customs. You get dates and updates, not surprises.

    Average duration
    5 to 10 weeks
  4. 04

    Reorder

The specification is locked and the factory knows your product. Reorders run without new samples and without new development costs.

    Average duration
    5 to 7 weeks

Common questions

The things that come up in almost every first conversation.

What's the minimum quantity?

There's no fixed floor. It depends on the product and the factory. Items from running production start low, products needing their own tooling or mould only make sense from a certain quantity because the tooling cost lands once. Send us the quantity you need and you'll get an honest answer, including “custom isn't worth it for this” if that's the case.

What does it cost?

You get a fixed unit price, delivered. That covers production, branding, freight, customs and handling. Nothing gets added mid-project. What moves the price is quantity, material, decoration and how urgent it is.

Who handles customs and import VAT?

We do. Clearance, documents and freight paperwork run through us. You're buying a finished product and getting an invoice, not an import process.

What if the goods don't match what we approved?

That's why we inspect at the factory before loading and you get photo documentation. If goods don't match the approved specification, that's our problem with the factory, not yours. Approval always happens on a physical sample so there's nothing left to interpret.

Our event date is fixed. Can you make it?

We work backwards from your date and tell you at the brief whether it's doable. When it's tight there are usually two routes: air freight instead of sea, or a European factory with a shorter lead time and a slightly higher unit price. If it doesn't work, you hear that immediately, not three weeks later.

Do you only produce in Asia?

No. We work with factories in Europe and Asia. Europe is faster and often cheaper overall at smaller quantities, Asia wins on volume and on products needing their own tooling. Your product decides which factory you get, not our habits.

We already have a supplier. Why you?

If your supplier delivers, keep them. It gets interesting when you need a product they can't make, when you want to know whether your price is competitive, or when you want something developed rather than picked from a catalogue.

Do we get samples before ordering?

Always. No order goes out without a physical sample. What the sample costs and how long it takes is in the quote.
